The Infinity Market will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Mandala Gardens, located at 1704 North State Street in Marion, Illinois. This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event, and will only be canceled in the case of extreme weather. All vendor types are welcome to apply. However, space is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-approved basis.

Vendor spots are not guaranteed until payment has been received. All vendor fees are nonrefundable under any circumstance. Payment will only be accepted through the donation link on our website, which will be sent directly to you after your application has been reviewed and approved. Please do not send payment before receiving approval. This is the only payment method we will accept unless a different arrangement has been discussed and confirmed with you personally. You will only communicate with President Ashley DeBoer regarding approval and payment. Any other contacts should be disregarded. All proceeds from vendor fees go directly to support The Infinity Project, a Southern Illinois nonprofit dedicated to helping families and their pets stay together by providing access to veterinary care, pet food, microchips, spay and neuter services, and more. Your participation directly supports this mission and helps make a difference in our community.
Set Up Information

Each vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and tent. Booths must be fully set up by the event start time, with vendor check-in and setup beginning at 9:30 AM. Electricity is limited and not guaranteed, so please indicate on your application if you require it for your setup. Early tear-down is strictly prohibited. Vendors are expected to remain fully set up and open until the event ends at 5:00 PM. Those who pack up early may not be invited to participate in future events.
Bingo Prize Information

As part of your participation, each vendor is required to donate three prizes for our Vendor Bingo. These prizes may be adult or kid friendly and will be collected during morning setup. Vendor Bingo is designed to encourage foot traffic to all booths and create an engaging experience for attendees.
Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as early as possible. While all fees remain nonrefundable, failure to communicate a cancellation and no-shows will result in being barred from future events. We understand emergencies happen, but communication is essential.
Waiving Liability Information

By applying to be a vendor, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your booth, merchandise, and any activities associated with your setup. The Infinity Project, Mandala Gardens, and all associated staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any damage, loss, theft, injury, or accidents that may occur during the event.
